Sahra Motalebi
Sahra Motalebi came to LNJ to assist in the fabrication of her open-form opera Directory of Portrayals, a 2019 exhibition that took place at the Whitney Museum of Art. Over the course of a few months Motalebi was in constant contact with our fabricators and artists who assisted in refining her ideas to fit both the time and budget available, which we then constructed, installed, and eventually delivered to her residence.

Over of ten continuous days, MPA and artists Amapola Prada and Elizabeth Marcus-Sonenberg perform Orbit, living in the narrow space, fabricated and installed by LNJ, between the windowpanes of the Whitney theater.
